Avila has been working with US Border Czar Tom Homan on border issues, and knows how to fix the previously open southern border. Avila has worked as a US Diplomat in Spain, Portugal, and Mexico. Avila served as a Supervisory Special Agent (ICE), and as a Homeland Security Investigator (HSI). Victor has been on the front lines of Immigration matters his entire professional life.
Victor is a former VFAF Ambassador and was featured in the VFAF film, Border Invasion: An American Crisis. He is the author of Agent Under Fire, his autobiographical story of being ambushed by the Los Zetas Mexican Drug Cartel where he was shot and left for dead with his partner, Special Agent Jaime Zapata, who was killed in the line of duty on that day.
Avila ran for US Congress in 2024 to represent TX-23 US Congressional District and continues to serve the citizens of Texas and the United States. Avila and Homan know exactly what to do and how to do it.
