VFAF Teams Split, Form Two National Groups

At VFAF we team with Vets , First Responders and High Profile Civilians to support candidates with the America First Agenda. VFAF AKA Veterans for Trump is focused on helping Donald Trump win his 3rd in a row.

We believe Saving America starts local in the schools and all elections matter. Endorsements are prioritized for Veterans however not exclusive to veterans. Trump backed candidates , Law Enforcement and Legal,  also have priority. In a race with two veterans our policy is to stay neutral unless President Trump issues an endorsement.

We believe the best way to help our Vets and Law enforcement is to get an America First majority in congress , and all state levels of government, therefore our focus is political.

On March 24, 2024, retired police detective Stan Fitzgerald stepped down as President of Veterans for America First (VFAF), also known as Veterans for Trump. He cited that his family had been attacked and harassed for several weeks, leading up to a hit piece by the Daily Mail and Angie Wong.

During his tenure with the organization, Fitzgerald self-funded the group’s operations, press, and media publicist to promote President Trump and the America First agenda. Several contracts were signed with brand ownership between Fitzgerald, Jared Craig, Vlad Lemets, and Josh Macius. These licensing and business agreements are still in place, although Fitzgerald has resigned from his volunteer role with the organization. Jared Craig, the Vice President of VFAF.US, holds these still-valid contractual agreements. The original VFAF was set up as a non-profit by Vlad Lemets, and that board voted to dissolve in January 2023. The organization then operated as a "political" social club under the LLC held by Jared Craig.

Our focus at VFAF.US is utilizing our vast national network to support the election of Donald Trump for his third win in a row. Our long-term goal is to politically support America First candidates. Recently, our list of over 400 nationwide volunteers was supplied to the Trump campaign’s Georgia State Director, John George, by Stan Fitzgerald, who had retained it.

Since March 24, 2024, the two groups have been unable to agree on working together, having tried multiple arrangements of leadership and structure.

VFAF.US and VFAF.ORG are the two national groups operating independently going forward. There are also numerous other websites using the Veterans for America First name. The name and logo itself were rejected for trademark as being too generic (see: 97690169), inferring public domain.

Attached below are contracts showing the license ownership agreement, a partnership, a sample state chapter license agreement, and payment to Vlad Lemets for the VFAF.US website (at the time veteransfortrump.us). Lemets, a founder and signer in the agreement, recently turned over numerous URL domains to L-Strategies LLC, acknowledging the LLC ownership of the VFAF sites and content found therein.

We hope all hands-on deck will focus on saving America and electing Donald Trump going forward. Parting ways we share the same mission of Saving America and wish sucess for all in doing such.
