Veterans for America First Names Adam and Alyssa Schoof National Ambassadors

Texas Leaders Bring Military Service, Law Enforcement Experience, Public Service and Military Family Advocacy to National Organization

WASHINGTON, D.C. — October 8, 2026 — Veterans for America First (VFAF), also known as Veterans for Trump, is pleased to announce the appointment of Adam Schoof and Alyssa Schoof as National Ambassadors of the organization, recognizing their backgrounds in military service, law enforcement, public leadership, business and military family advocacy.

In addition to their national ambassador appointments, both will serve in leadership positions within the Veterans for America First Texas chapter. Adam Schoof has been named Texas Executive Legislative Director for Police and First Responders, while Alyssa Schoof has been appointed Texas Blue Star Division Officer.

Their appointments reflect the organization's commitment to expanding its national network of veterans, first responders, military families and community leaders.

Adam Schoof — National Ambassador

Adam Schoof is a United States Army veteran, former law enforcement officer, business owner, aviator and elected public official.

During his military service, Adam served as a Military Police Officer with the 227th Law Enforcement Detachment at Fort Drum, New York. Following his military career, he accumulated approximately 16 years of law enforcement experience, including more than nine years serving the City of Fulshear, Texas.

A lifelong aviation enthusiast who began flying at age 11, Adam also dedicated personal time and resources to helping individuals obtain air transportation for hospital visits and medical treatment when they otherwise could not afford it.

In 2021, Adam survived a serious airplane crash and continued his professional and public service activities.

He is the owner of MTex Logistics, a veteran-owned Texas small business providing logistics, transportation, construction and related services.

Adam subsequently entered public office after winning election to the Fort Bend Independent School District Board of Trustees, where his priorities have included transparency, fiscal responsibility, parental involvement, public safety and government accountability.

In 2026, Veterans for America First recognized Adam as a VFAF Hero of the Month in acknowledgment of his service and contributions.

As a National Ambassador and Texas Executive Legislative Director for Police and First Responders, Adam will support organizational outreach and legislative initiatives involving veterans, police officers, firefighters, emergency responders and public safety professionals.

Alyssa Schoof — National Ambassador

Alyssa Schoof brings a lifelong connection to military service and an understanding of the challenges experienced by military families.

Born at Fort Wainwright, Alaska, Alyssa grew up in a military family and is both the daughter and wife of United States Army veterans.

As a wife, mother and member of a multigenerational military family, Alyssa understands the sacrifices made not only by those serving in uniform but also by the spouses, children, parents and loved ones who support them.

Professionally, Alyssa serves as Project Manager for her family's veteran-owned roofing company, contributing to business operations, project oversight and customer service.

Her experiences have shaped her commitment to supporting military families navigating deployments, extended separations, missed family milestones and the uncertainty often associated with military life.

As a Veterans for America First National Ambassador and Texas Blue Star Division Officer, Alyssa will focus on military family outreach, recognition and advocacy, helping ensure that the contributions and sacrifices of military spouses and families remain an important part of the organization's mission.

Expanding Veterans for America First National Leadership

The appointments of Adam and Alyssa Schoof bring complementary perspectives to Veterans for America First's national ambassador program.

Adam's background combines military service, law enforcement, entrepreneurship and elected public office, while Alyssa represents the experiences and perspectives of military families whose support is essential to those serving in uniform.

Together, they will help strengthen communication and outreach between Veterans for America First, veterans, first responders, military families and local communities.

The organization recognizes the importance of both those who serve and the families who support them, and the Schoofs' appointments reflect that broader commitment.

Veterans for America First welcomes Adam and Alyssa Schoof as National Ambassadors and looks forward to their continued contributions to the organization's national and Texas leadership initiatives.
