Nick Tran embodies the very values that define American patriotism — service, sacrifice, and perseverance. His life story is one of faith in the American dream and unwavering dedication to our nation.
A combat veteran, husband, father, and small business owner, Nick understands honor, sacrifice, and gratitude not as slogans, but as guiding principles that have shaped his every action.
Born a Vietnam War refugee, Nick and his family found refuge in the United States during their darkest hour. Out of deep gratitude to this nation and in tribute to the Vietnam veterans who fought for freedom, he answered the call to serve — enlisting in the U.S. Army and deploying as a front-line soldier in three separate wars.
After 13 years of distinguished service, Nick transitioned to civilian life, pursuing higher education while supporting his family. Through discipline and perseverance, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree magna cum laude and later completed the PLDA program at Harvard Business School.
For over a decade, Nick served in the oil and gas industry, gaining a firsthand understanding of the critical importance of American energy independence. He developed and led programs that hired hundreds of veterans and helped homeless veterans regain stability and purpose. In 2024, he became a small business owner, focusing on holistic healthcare and job creation within his community.
Nick Tran’s life is a testament to what makes America exceptional. He arrived with nothing but determination and built a legacy through hard work, integrity, and love of country. His belief in the ideals of our Constitutional Republic runs so deep that he has risked his life to defend it — and now seeks to continue that service in Congress.
America needs leaders like Nick Tran — men and women who understand sacrifice, who cherish freedom, and who will fight tirelessly to protect the values that make our nation great.
