United Doctors of America, Inc. Launches National Initiative to Restore Trust and Integrity in Medicine

Washington, D.C. — United Doctors of America, Inc., a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, has unveiled its renewed Mission and Vision to restore integrity, trust, and transparency in American healthcare. The organization unites physicians, health professionals, and allies nationwide in a shared movement dedicated to ethics, compassion, and truth.

“Healthcare is built on trust — between doctor and patient, between institutions and the public,” said Diana Starr, Ambassador for Veterans for America First (VFAF) and United Doctors of America, Inc. “Our mission is to protect that trust through integrity, transparency, and unwavering commitment to ethical medical care.”

The organization’s vision emphasizes evidence-based care, medical freedom, and patient-centered reform, achieved through education, advocacy, and strategic collaboration. United Doctors of America, Inc. seeks to rebuild public confidence in healthcare by engaging with government agencies and policymakers for the greater good of all citizens.

Real change in healthcare requires everyone — professionals and everyday citizens alike. United Doctors of America, Inc. believes that every person has ownership in the future of our nation’s health. From physicians and nurses to families, veterans, and community advocates, each voice matters. Together, we can restore integrity, accountability, and compassion to the heart of American medicine.

United Doctors of America, Inc. is honored to partner with the American Hindu-Jewish Congress, Health Revolution USA, Opiate Awareness Foundation, and the Victory Garden Alliance — organizations equally dedicated to compassion, wellness, and community empowerment. Together, we are building bridges across medicine, culture, and service. Looking to the future, UDA is seeking to forge new alliances with MAHA and other like-minded partners, driving a united movement for health, healing, and hope for all.

“This is not a mission for any one alone,” Starr added. “It’s the responsibility of us all — a shared call that falls under the umbrella of commitment and strength. We need to take ownership of our health, strengthen the heart of American medicine, and return integrity to where it belongs — the people.”

United Doctors of America, Inc. is headquartered in Washington, D.C., with active representation in Kentucky and Florida.
