Trump named hero of the month by National Veterans Group on day of arraignment

The Veterans for America First (VFAF) organization, also known as Veterans for Trump, has named former President Donald J. Trump as its hero of the month for April 2023, according to an announcement made by VFAF President Stan Fitzgerald. The organization recently launched a monthly hero program to honor veterans and citizens who display great patriotism, loyalty, and bravery in the duty of Saving America. Fitzgerald cited Trump’s unwavering bravery in the face of unfounded attacks from the left, both during his presidency and as a citizen during his ongoing presidential campaign.
VFAF’s national media representative, Angie Wong, was present in New York to cover Trump’s arraignment and act as a pundit for the president on behalf of the veterans’ organization. Wong also plans to attend the Marjorie Taylor Greene rally in support of Trump while reporting on the event. In addition to her role at VFAF, Wong is also the President of Legacy PAC, a political action committee that aims to continue Trump’s legacy with the next generation of conservative leaders.
The VFAF made national headlines earlier this year when it became the first national veterans’ organization to endorse Trump for his 2024 presidential campaign. The former president invited VFAF’s National Spokesman Admiral Kubic, President Stan Fitzgerald, Ambassador Donna Fitzgerald, and National Media Representative Angie Wong to Mar-A-Lago in November 2022 for his campaign announcement, and he shared the organization’s endorsement on his Truth Social platform. The VFAF speaks for millions of conservative veterans.
Admiral Kubic, VFAF’s national spokesman, has issued an official statement on the indictment of President Trump, which can be found on the organization’s website. The statement emphasizes the organization’s continued support for Trump and its belief that the indictment is a politically motivated attack on a great American patriot who has worked tirelessly to Make America Great Again.
