Lance Allen – A Life of Service, Rooted in Resilience Born into a family shaped by struggle and perseverance, Lance Allen was raised on an onion farm in the small town of Vidalia, Georgia after the tragic loss of his father at age six. With the support of his grandparents and later his adoptive family, he learned the values of hard work, personal responsibility, and the power of community. Forgoing college after high school due to economic hardship, Lance chose to serve his country by enlisting in the United States Air Force. With over a decade of service, he led intelligence missions in Counterterrorism and Homeland Defense, ultimately serving as a bridge between the U.S. Intelligence Community, Law Enforcement, and frontline decision-makers to protect Americans from domestic threats. Today, he holds three master’s degrees—in Business Administration, Strategic Intelligence, and Government Contract Law.
Today, he continues his public service as Vice President and Head of Global Strategic Partnerships at SAIC. As a global partner executive, Lance has led a network of over 65 international partners focused on national security, economic growth, and community impact. Through every challenge, Lance has stayed true to the values that shaped him: integrity, service, and commitment. He’s not a career politician—he’s a servant leader who believes in putting people over politics and delivering results that matter.
