VFAF Hero of the Month February 2026: Cait Corrigan

We’re thrilled to spotlight Cait Corrigan, our National Ambassador, as February 2026’s Hero of the Month here at Veterans for America First! Cait pours her heart into everything she does, and it shows.

Whether she’s fighting for veterans, pushing back on overreach, or standing up for the freedoms our service members defended, she’s always right in the thick of it. Just look at what she’s been up to lately. She jumped on the Veterans for Trump trip to Israel, sitting down with Knesset members and IDF folks to share ideas on tackling PTSD and veteran suicide… real, hands-on work that matters to so many of our brothers and sisters coming home. That kind of international teamwork is exactly what VFAF is about, building bridges to bring healing back home.

Back stateside, Cait’s been leading the charge on Capitol Hill to get religious vaccine exemptions restored for schoolkids. She’s all in on the GRACE Act, teaming up with Children’s Health Defense to make sure parents in every state can make faith-based choices for their families without government forcing their hand. She even hit the ground running in D.C., lobbying hard for the reintroduction of H.R. 4668 – the End the Vaccine Carveout Act. She didn’t stop there, she represented us proudly at the Friends of Jerusalem Prayer Breakfast out at Mar-a-Lago, connecting with faith leaders who share our values. And when the Trump team invited her to the very first White House Faith Office call, plus the MAHA (Make America Healthy Again) discussion, it was clear how much her voice carries in these circles. We can’t forget her earlier win: back in February 2024, she earned Hero of the Month honors for raising a solid $25,000 for veterans’ causes. That hustle never stopped.

Cait’s out there every day, writing op-eds, meeting with lawmakers, speaking up for medical freedom and religious liberty, all while keeping veterans front and center. She’s proof that one person with grit and conviction can move the needle for America First and for those who’ve served. Cait, thank you for leading by example and never backing down. You make us proud to call you one of our own!
