"Veterans for America First is proud to endorse Tim Anderson. Throughout his career, Tim has demonstrated unwavering integrity, a commitment to community service, and a deep respect for those who have served our nation. From his decades of legal service and civic involvement to his dedication to supporting veterans and their families, Tim exemplifies the leadership and values that strengthen our communities and honor those who protect our freedoms. We are confident he will continue to advocate for policies that put America and its citizens first." - said J Shayne Snavely VFAF National Ambassador Virginia.
Veterans for America First (VFAF) is proud to stand behind leaders who embody integrity, service, and a commitment to both their communities and the values that make our nation strong. Our mission has always been to support candidates who put America and its citizens first—especially those who understand the sacrifices of our veterans and champion policies that honor their service.
In that spirit, VFAF is honored to endorse Tim Anderson.
Tim Anderson is a highly respected attorney and small business owner who has called Virginia Beach home for over 25 years. During his law career, he has been awarded Pro-Bono Attorney of the Year and is a five-time consecutive winner of the Legal Elite Award from Virginia Business Weekly. Tim previously served as a Board Member of the Tidewater Bankruptcy Bar and was also a member of the Davis Corner Rescue Squad, in addition to being a former Cub Scout Den Leader.
Tim has always prioritized community service, having been part of the UpCenter mentor program and remaining an active participant in the grassroots community. He is the proud father of two children, James and Alex. He graduated from the University of Tampa with a degree in economics and earned his law degree from Regent University, practicing law since 1999. A licensed pilot for 20 years, he also enjoys flying planes in his spare time.
In 2021, Tim was elected to the House of Delegates. When his district was redrawn, he stepped aside to avoid forcing a primary against another Republican member, showing his dedication to party unity over personal ambition. Today, Tim continues to advocate for key issues—particularly ensuring that Virginia fully eliminates taxes on veterans’ retirement benefits above $40,000, a top priority this year and a matter deeply important to VFAF and those who served our country.
With his proven record, deep community roots, and unwavering support for veterans, Tim Anderson represents the kind of leadership VFAF is proud to endorse.
