VFAF Endorsement of Edwin Duncan for Georgia State House District 100

Veterans for America First (VFAF) Endorses Navy Veteran and Georgia Business Leader Edwin Duncan for Georgia State House District 100. GEORGIA:

Veterans for America First (VFAF) today announced its endorsement of U.S. Navy veteran Edwin Duncan for Georgia State House District 100, with the endorsement announced by VFAF Vice President Jared Craig on behalf of Veterans for America First.

“Edwin Duncan represents what VFAF stands for — service to country, commitment to community, and the proven ability to lead,” said Jared Craig, Vice President of Veterans for America First. “

Edwin is a Navy veteran, a business builder, a job creator, and a devoted family man. He is exactly the kind of citizen-leader Georgia needs in the State House — someone who will back the blue, lower costs and taxes, protect women and girls’ sports, empower parents, expand skilled trades, and deliver real relief for Georgia families.” Duncan’s story is rooted in military service and hard work. Born at Fort Bragg while his father served in the U.S. Army, Duncan was raised in Alabama in a proud, middle-class military family — values he carried into his own service in the United States Navy.

After completing his service, Duncan chose to build his life in Georgia, where he started businesses and served his community. He and his wife, April, have raised their family in Georgia and watched their children — and now grandchildren — grow up around Lake Lanier. In business, Duncan built his success from the ground up. He left a comfortable corporate path to start his first roofing company, expanding it to five offices across four states before selling it and later building another company. Today, he leads successful companies in commercial and residential roofing and home restoration, solar technology, and HVAC supply, creating jobs, solving problems, and helping Georgia families. Duncan has also invested deeply in youth development and athletics.

For more than a decade, he has coached girls’ volleyball at the club, high school, Junior Olympic, and collegiate levels — including championship runs — reinforcing his commitment to opportunity, teamwork, and fairness in competition. With strong community ties and a proud military family — including four children serving in the military — Duncan is running for the State House to focus on public safety, family budgets, parental empowerment, workforce development, and fair competition in women’s and girls’ sports.
