VFAF calls for Virginia DCJS prosecution of perjury cases as studies show 19,734,000 criminal acts of perjury committed each year.

Studies show that perjury occurs in 29.9% of the interactions with legal personnel see:

Crank, S.D., Curtis, D.A. And Nothing but the Truth: an Exploration of Perjury. J Police Crim Psych 38, 83–92 (2023). https://doi.org/10.1007/s11896-020-09383-1

According to PEW there are 66 million court cases each year.

See: https://www.pewtrusts.org/en/research-and-analysis/data-visualizations/2025/03/how-many-cases-and-what-kind-do-state-and-local-courts-handle

That’s 19,734,000 criminal acts of perjury committed each year.

These statistics show anarchy not any rule of law , and this is because there is no deterrent without accountibility.

Patrick Collis claims to be a pastor, he is a licensed private investigator and a former president of Veterans for America First who was terminated from the organization when it was discovered he created a false affidavit.  That affidavit was later submitted to a Miami court along with his false testimony.

There is no dispute the affidavit is false see: https://lstrategies.org/articles/patrick-collis-commits-perjury-with-false-affidavit-for-angie-wong-and-butch-conz

It is important to note we are not accusing Collis of a crime as there is evidence, he was threatened to make this false report that followed with false testimony in a Miami Case.  That determination is the responsibility of Virginia Criminal Justice who have a case opened by DCJS Agent Sandi Kurek ,Case #2024-1001.

VFAF team member Stan Fitzgerald of Georgia is a victim of Patrick Collis and our organization seeks justice, Fitzgerald proved truth see:  https://georgiavfaf.org/articles/stan-fitzgerald-passes-polygraphs-with-georgias-top-cops-on-miami-lawfare-case

The Miami case plagued with perjury will be appealed for Justice. Determining a crime has occurred and holding anyone accountable for perjury is up to the agencies it has been reported to, and proven , to do.

We report , you decide.
