VFAF LEGAL: Proposed Legislation Solution to Stop Illegal Aliens from Registering to Vote, and from Hiding when their VISA expires:

1. No State shall issue any form of Identification Card to any non-citizen.

2. All non-citizen Identification shall be issued by the federal government, and the validity thereof expires upon the expiration of their VISA.

Why this works:

Subject Matter Jurisdiction over immigration is solely held by the federal government. Supremacy Clause would properly prohibit States from overreaching into a purely federal issue. When a federal ID is issued, it can't be renewed by any state. Therfore, only citizens obtain state issued IDs and no non-citizens would be registered to vote. Also, if the driver's license or ID for legal status immigrants expires when their VISA expires, they are immediately "Red Flagged" any time their ID is checked (traffic stops, etc.). Less opportunity to hide among us.
