Denise is the autor of "Stall, Deny and Hope They Die" The VA's Unwritten Policy : The Story of One Widow's 19-Year Battle with the VA.
Denise has a long history of working with congressional sitting members and advocating for VA change. She will work directly with our VFAF veteran leadership team and meet with congressional members in DC to push for VA improvements. As a national political organization this will be one of our long-term projects to help improve veteran health care.
